Superstar’s production company, Red Chillies Entertainment, has filed a complaint about people downloading the pirated video. The company filed a criminal complaint from the copyright holder at the Santa Cruz police station in Mumbai under the Information Technology Act.

It was reported that even during the filming of Jawan, phones and other recording devices were not allowed. However, after the clip of the movie leaked, it went viral.
The video was shared by 5 Twitter accounts. In these cases, we have made legal notices to everyone. Police registered the incident under Section 379 of the IPC (Theft) and Section 43(b) of the Information Technology Act. Currently, the matter is still under investigation.
