Former Deputy Chief Minister Sachin Pilot began a day-long ‘fast’ at the Martyr’s Memorial here on Tuesday against the alleged corruption in the former Vasundhara Raje government.
Before reaching the martyr’s memorial, Pilot paid floral tributes at the statue of social reformer Jyotiba Phule near 22 Godam Circle here. The Pilot arrived at 22 Godam Circle from his residence and paid floral tributes to Jyotiba Phule.
He then left for the Martyr’s Memorial where a large number of his supporters are present.
Pilot has announced a one-day fast to demand action by the Ashok Gehlot government against alleged corruption cases involving the previous BJP government led by Vasundhara Raje.
